Kombucha is intrinsically delicious but can also be used as an ingredient in smoothies, shakes, cocktails and even meals. For example, chef Jonnie Boer van de Librije was inspired by the fermented tea. MANA is suitable for many applications thanks to its sugar-free recipe and we have made a small selection of our favourites.
